Jason King

Jason King is the owner, founder, broker-in-charge, and also an agent at J King Real estate. J King Real Estate opened 10 years ago but Jason has been an agent and had his license since 2007. Jason is not new to the real estate industry, but when he first started he didn't realize how much he would fall in love with it. He had come to learn how much he loves the negotiating part of real estate. Jason initionally started in the real estate industry because he loved to help people and make connections, he said that he found it satisfying to help others through such a momentous time in their lives and to help people accomplish the amazing goal of home ownership. After he had been in the real estate industry for a while, he realized how much fun it was and how much he loves the finer details of the home buying process.

Jason loves to connect and learn about others, so let's get to know Jason. Starting off, his favorite color is black, his favorite animal is a bald eagle, and he say's his spirit animal is a panther. When asked about his favorites, such as books or shows, he said his favorite book is The Count of Monte Cristo, his favorite song is Yesterday by the Beatles and his favorite sport would be golf. Sofia Vergara is his celebrity crush. A little fun fact about him is that he was in Boy Scouts growing up and he is a proud Eagle Scout. His favorite joke is…

When asked what does "Honest Agents, Genuine Service" mean to him? Jason answered that the saying means that being honest and putting the client's needs above his own is the right thing to do as an agent. Jason created the slogan and he said that he wanted to be sure that, the brokerage is a reflection of him and his ideals in the real estate industry. Jason said that he wants from both him and his agents to give their clients genuine, top-notch service, which is important for agent client relations relationships and that the business should be ran off of honesty and trust. When asked "What would you say to your 18 year old self"? Jason answered, don't be so rushed, enjoy the process. Jason likes to say, "It's not about the destination, it's about the journey". Considering where Jason started in the real estate industry and where he is now, Jason truly believes that even if you have a goal in mind, just take your time and enjoy what you are doing.
