Loey Livingston

Joey Livingston got his real estate license in 2025 and has been working with us since, and Joey joined the real estate business for the freedom and flexibility it gives him as well as his want to help others during one of life's biggest events, buying a home. Joey also works as an appraiser. Two jobs are hard work, but Joey is a hard worker and he says that working as an appraiser has allowed him to see the real estate world through a different perspective! Joey’s work as an appraiser has allowed Joey to be a better agent and to better help his clients navigate their home buying experience with ease. Joey works hard for his loving family—his wife and son. Joey likes to say that he is a stay-at-home dad who is a real estate agent and appraiser on the side.

Cool things to know about Joey is he loves the color Garnet, a true Gamecocks fan. His favorite animal is a North American Grey Squirrel and his spirit animal is a Racoon! Joey’s favorite movie is Goonies, and a fun fact about him is that he has talked to the movie star Andrew Keegan (from 10 Things I Hate About You) over the phone! Isn’t that cool? Joey’s favorite actor is Val Kilmer, specifically as Doc Holliday in Tombstone.

To Joey, “Honest Agents, Genuine Service” means hard work and integrity. He believes that an agent from J King Real Estate should be experienced and honest enough to tell their clients the full truth, even if that means a transaction might fall through. And finally, when asked, “If you could talk to your 18 year old self, what would you say?” Joey answered, “Take better care of your hair.”
